wat kind of paint is best for painting on plaster ruins??

It doesn't matter that much....Enamels, Oils or Acrylics...they all work. One thing is important though : First "Paint" you ruins with thinned white glue (50% glue : 50% water) ..... it prevents the plaster from soaking.

hi if you are using the plaster casts ready made up , then to colour them , add the cheapest poster paint undiluted to your PVA glue solution , it colours and seals at the same time . if you are casting your own plaster models , then put a couple of used tea bags in water and soak for about a week , use this coloured water to mix with the plaster , it gives a slight brown colour to it and if you chip it then it does not show stark white , cheers ian
