Of all the manufacturers exhibiting at Nuremberg, Trumpeter was probably the one with most new items on show and in their catalogue. This report will hopefully reflect the diversity and volume of the company''s releases. The full report can be seen:

I'm very interested in the rolling stock, as the Tank Workshop flat cars for armor are simply out of my price range. Something in styrene would be a welcome addition IMO.

I picked up the WR 360 C 12 loco at my local hobby shop (in the USA) yesterday morning. It has about 260 parts, which is nothing for a vehicle of this size.
The kit differs very slightly from the test shot shown in the photo on this site (and on the box side).
I am probably 3/4 of the way through construction already. I admit I have zero knowledge of the real thing but it looks like a diesel loco to me. Construction is very straightforward and quick. There are a couple of alignment issues, which may be my error - I have never built rail equipent before. The driver's compartment is very sparsely detailed and the crew doors are mostly molded shut. But the engine compartment exterior is beautiful. All the engine-bay doors are separate, so if you want to scratchbuild a diesel powerplant, you can definitely show it off ! If you want to open up the crew compartment you're in for some work.
Looking for painting info if anyone has any. The box shows red and dark grey. I would have guessed some of them would be camouflaged considering what the USAAF was doing to their rail yards.

Thanks for the report and there is a lot of good news for the Canadian modern builder here.
One comment :
They need to remove the name Kodiak, the LAV III was never called that. Not sure where that started but it isn't correct.

I agree with bill_C, Tankworkshop is a bit out of my price range. The Dragon railcars are hard to find, so these will be a great addition for us modelers. I am hopfull that they add a Boxcar and a 2-axel flatcar,(the type that transport the heavy armor) . Keep On Modelin milvehfan

Well, last word I had from Trumpeter was that they were unlikely to be available much before december. So, if you have access to this tremendous source of information, we'd ALL be delighted to share in it...
Mouldings tend to sell figures rather than box-art...

I would be happy to share Jim, there is a small catalogue for Uk distribution of kits called Pocketbond LTD In there has the box art for all par two figures sets and they are the outline. I agree with you on molds but they are still on the list.
Thanks for replying. The photos are about 3 1/2 cm wide so There is little hope of scanning and enlarging them with out pixelating them.

Yeah, Martyn, don't be a tease, show us pics! Better yet, send them to Jim R for the news. Or else I'll be showing a certain picture (ask your bro which one )! Don't dare me, you know I will! LOL!
Jim,
I'm not so sure about that box-art vs mouldings statement - I reckon most people buy (figures) mostly based on how appealing the box-art is. That said, perhaps a debate for another thread instead of taking this one off-topic

The figure set illustrations are the same which appeared in the Trumpeter catalogue - line drawings.

Only two have line drawings now, the rest are full box arts.
