Could you tell us a bit more about the types of figures you're looking for? Tankers or infantry? Airmen? Any particular poses? What's the dio depicting?

There is one Italian the ones with black feathers in helmets coming up in Dragons new "Hunting Partisans"

Dragon's set is a wierd mixed bag of two Bersaglieri, one para and one infantry officer (all of which not very coincidentally appear in the second of Osprey's three books on the Italian army). If you want to spent out more, Hornet and Model Victoria do some very nice figures, but I'm not sure of their availability over there.
A set to avoid is the Italeri Italian Assault Troops which has nice boxart but nasty 70s figures inside. Real disappointment.
