Price on Hobby link 82,71 $
for comparison M26 Dragon Wagon 72,11 $
or two new Stryker ATGM.
I think that this is no good small price as next Trumpeter models.

Never check the prices of Trumpeter and HobbyBoss kits at HLJ.. they are double (and sometimes more) than what they sell for at Luckymodel or Hobbyeasy in Hong Kong.
HobbyBoss's LVTP-7 sells for almost $80 at HLJ.. but for $35 at Luckymodel.
Trump's Centauro sells for almost $50 at HLJ... but for around $30 at Hobbyeasy.

It would be very nice if Trumpeter will also release a M1083 5 ton Cargo Truck MTV and a M1095 MTV Trailer which you could use for the upcoming M198 155mm howitzer. WWP has a good reference book about the FMTVs and trailers already available.

Well Concerning the prize and the kit I do believe that 80 dollars is a little bit too much considering the lack of freedom on the cabin and the flat bed.
i do agree with GAO on the level of details.
But 80 it is too much maybe reducing to 50 60 will be more realistic prize
You can see my build blog here

I guess some people just don't read all the posts
What's the point of participating in these forums, then

The details are nice, but its not worth $80. Sorry. I paid $45 for my Hobby Boss AAV, and $42 for my Dragon M1A2 SEP (And that thing has a LOT of parts!), and $30 for my AFV club Stryker. How do they justify almost double the cost for a relatively basic softskin??? Its a nice kit, but I'd go buy 2 other models before I bought this one. Sadly, for $80, I dont see this kit selling too well (especially in the middle of a global recession).

I think the problem with the pricing is directly targeted at Stevens International, at least in the USA.

You means IP issue ???? with them
I am not sure but Stevens has been bought by BAE and I saw the vehicle on the BAE stand at Eurosatory 2008 so maybe I am wrong but it may also due to them.

Miloslav,
I find your statement somewhat ironic & hypocritical considering what you charge for your kits, conversions, and accessories...
Just an observation on my part.

John,
There’s no compare. Resin models is very small series and all is hand made. You maybe don't know what is make of resin model.
My statement no ironic & hypocritical. I only democratic tell that model on HLJ is very expensive. Many modelers this understand.
This is very bad if I don't tell that on some shop is model expensive. For that exist forum.
