I am in the process of building a Crusader AA III, and would like to do it in Polish markings with crew. What uniforms would the Poles have worn? Standard British?

Yes Standard British Uniform but with Polish Rank marking. they also wore their berets in a different way with the cap badge centred and the beret pulled back, not to the side.

Would the infantry also be British equipped, then?

Are they to be in NW Europe. They would be in British Uniforms and equipment but again with Polish rank badges and insignia. From photos Polish troops seem to be equipped more with the Mk III 'Turtle' helmet as well.
