hello men
i am building tamiya's 1/35 challenger 1 and i'm at the point of instaling the the clear periscope for the driver at the front of the hull.
so whats the best way to do it, or are there any alternative ways that are better than the clear bit of plastic thats supplied with the kit.
neil.......

Neil,

at first you should be very glad about these clear parts which are already perforated.

Instead of these blank clear sheets Tamiya usually provide with e.g. the Leclerc or the M1A2 kit.

I recommend you to fix some masking tape on the areas you will touch with your tweezer to avoid scratches etc.

IMO that's the main thing to consider.

I think to lay on carefully some glue right on the edges of the clear part might be the easier thing for you.

Good luck Neil.
