Hello, on the scale railway 00 or H0 is 1-72, could someone please tell me what railway scale would be 1-35, the 1-35 dio is still a long way off from finishing, and although I feel I am braking all the rules running from one model to another, I still want to build a small 1-35 trench dio, British WW1 troops are very few and far between, and I really don't want to pay £5.00 each for resin 1-35 when I can buy 4 in plastic for the same price, in the 1-72 there is more choice, but I seem caught by wanting 1-35 but may have to settle for 1-72, I must stop here as I once again am getting myself carried away. Look forward to your reply.

There isn't a standard railway scale to match 1:35. 'O' gauge is 1:43, 'G' scale is around 1:20 -1:22.
HO is actually 1:87

ICM makes a set of four 1/35th scale styrene British infantry, circa 1917. Garden scale (G Scale) is one track gauge that is used for multiple scales, including 1/32nd, though the most common is 1:22.5. It is not awfully convincing as a scale model itself, being primarily a functional track for electric trains. Several companies now offer nicely detailed sections of 1/35th scale railroad tracks in styrene, notably Trumpeter, Dragon and (until recently) Maquette.
