Hi,
I restarted to modelling again after some years. I have made some searches and I haven't find any answer to my question.

I have some old Sherman kits with vinyl tracks with the connectors incorrectly placed.
I also have some DML kits that have two sets of individual track links but only a set of connectors.
Anyone knows if there is any available set of connectors so that I can replace the incorrect tracks of the older Sherman, without to have to buy a complete set of tracks ?

TIA

I don't think you can get the end connectors separately. I know I have plenty of track blocks from my various DML kits, but not enough end connectors

Yes, is what happens to me too - lots of blocks no end connectors - I thought that some of the aftermrket brands could made the different types of end connectors, so that we can use the lots of blocks we have in the spare box.

Yes, they make nice stuff, but for the price, you can get another complete set of DML tracks (#3820) or for a few dollars more, you can pick up a DML M4A4.

Thanks for the replies. I will try RHPS to check what they have.

Hi,

RHPS kit of Extended Duckbills are to be used with their tracks set and do not replace the normal end connectors.

So we have to stay with lots of track blocks and no end connectors.

And I should add that the DML M4A4 kits come with the British steel chevron track, not the US ones. I think that mixing and matching between track types might look a little funny. Another option is to look up Accurate Armour in Scotland. They make link-and-length resin tracks of several types for US and Commonwealth Shermans. Haven't tried them yet, but I plan to order some in the next week or two.
