The answer is staring you in the face: 120 mm
That's why they're called "120 mm figures" .
You do though sometimes get a bit of variation up or down, depending on the figure / manufacturer.
Need to convert a mm size to imperial? Just read off the scale on a metric / imperial rule, or call up a converter on the Internet. It's not rocket science.

BTW: They fit to 1/16 scale.
