hello Staff,
i have noticed that when i post my photo's for a campaign it also goes in my gallery area.
if i delete the photo's,will i get the dreaded red X's in the campaign gallery?
if so,how can i free space for more photo's of my campaign builds.
if this question has already been ask/answered,sorry i did not find that thread.
any and all help is welcome.
cheers,
Bruce

I beleive that if you post in the official campaign gallery, it should not effect your personal gallery at all. The photos that you post in the campaign thread are a different story as they are posted from your personal gallery.

Hello MarkM,
that is what i thought.but the photo's that are in my personal gallery are the exact photo's i have posted in the campaign gallery.
i am trying to make room in my personal gallery and if i delete the photo's that are the double of the campaign gallery photo's i think that i will get the red X box instead of the photo.
i think i will delete i photo i know is in the campaign gallery and see if i get a red X box.
then edit this post with the results.
thanks for your help.
cheers,
Bruce
UPDATE: i deleted a photo from my personal gallery and it is now gone from the campaign gallery.
i think that if you delete any photo's from your personal gallery that are also in a campaign gallery you will lose that photo in the campaign gallery.
how do i clear some old photo's so i have more room for new photo's for my new campaigns builds with out losing all the photo's in my old campaign builds?

At this point any photos a user uploads definitely goes against their upload totals. That's the way the system is designed to work. For it not to do that an editor would have to upload the images for them.

hello Jim,
that is what i thought.i think that i will delete some of the older photo's of long past campaigns so i have room for my new photos for newer campaigns.
i will just leave 1 photo in each of the past campaign's.
thanks for your help.
cheers,
Bruce

Thanks for the info. I was trying to upload my Tiger for the Big Cats Campaign and realized that I am out of space.
