Some PE got me stuck for a while but I got on a building binge and got this one done and ready for primer and base coating. One of the decal options is "Cricklade". A lone photo of "Cricklade" shows it undergoing gunnery range practice. Mounted on its barrel is a Bren LMG, sited to fire downrange to conserve 75mm ammo. Other visible differences with the stock Tasca kit are as follows:

tool suite is missing: I added ABER empty straps and tie-downs
small differences in VVS
turret lifting lugs in lower position

The main tweaks to the kit were filling in a ridge/seam on the bottom edge of the bolt strip on the differential covering and modifying the tail lights.

My thanks to Tasca for providing the sample.

Great Job on this one Roy ...Hey I was wondering about the notches at the rear of the hull where the rear lights go...Where these (flat spots) just on a very few DV M4a1's or is it common ? I have the Formations DV kit and these flat spots aren't there...Just wondering ...

Rick: looking at my pics, I'd say that the Tasca ones seem very exaggerated. On hulls that I see, the flat spot is very minor -- not the depression we see on this guy. I might have to go back and change it...

Nice build Roy, looking good. Like the unique way of sighting the main gun, don't see that too often at all. Hope you get some paint on it soon!

Cheers -
Tim
