And this figure belongs to the Tamiya kit Otto Carius Tiger. The figure represents Otto, in the turret of the Tiger. I leave with you the photos too.

Do you know if that figure set is available on it's own ?? I only seen it with the tank kit.

Nice work on the figure. Did you replace the head? You did a really good job on it.
It is, as a bagged set, but it may take some searching to get. Northstar has it, but that may cost a fortune in shipping, because they're in Toronto Ontario.

I'm not sure on the availability of the figures on there own Ant as when i purchased mine about 8 years ago they just came in a plastic bag with a cardboard tag stappled to it the LHS i got them from might have been given them by someone who just wanted the tank kit without the figures i'll check to see if i've still got the cardboard backing to see if there's a kit number on it it'll help track them down easier

I sold my copy of Tigers in the Mud, but I recall seeing a photo of his tank with 213 on it. But I'm getting at that delicate age....

Bill as far as i can find Otto Carius' tank was 217 maybe the 213 number could be explained by either a tank in his platoon, or maybe a lone vehicle whilst his was in repair we all know Wittman died in a lone machine the infamously numbered 007. Ant

When the war ended he was in command of some big lumbering Jagdtigers so I believe, if that's given you any ideas for a diorama scene etc.

Well thats what I was thinking-I have a DML Jagdtiger with his markings I think I remember reading here that his Jagdtiger was X-7 but so many models and so little time,we'll see.

According to "Tigers in the Mud" Otto drove 213 and Kerscher drove 217.
