I know by in large the Korean war was fought using WWII surplus, but I can find any photos of them in Korea. Does anyone know if any of the allied forces deployed Staghound armored cars to Korea? And if so, can anyone point me toward some good references?
Thanks in advance,
Noah

Noah,
if you go to this Link you will find that both the M8 and M20 were used in Korea.
Hope this helps,

Staghound, total different beast from the M8 Grey's and the M20's.
Noah,
Not sure.
I'd like to say Yes, they were, but I've not run acrossed any pix as of late that said otherwise.

Brian,
Me Bad! The old grey mater wasn't firing on all cylinders. I did however find one reference about Staghound's being deployed in Korea with a New Zealand unit. However, all other references are that it was provided under the MAP programme to several nations. In future I'll get my names and designations straight.
Cheers,
Jan

Sorry for Hijack. I'll stand down.
Jan,
