It looks like the site page was removed. Too bad, it was a model railroad site with loads of good 'how to's'. I'm sorry I didn't save the actual site address

Hello All, the cheapest way is to use a balloon, inflate it, rub it on something to get a stactic charge, then hold it close to the grass. My not be the best thing out there but, it works. Good Luck,
