Looking great so far Jim. Now lets see lots of dirt on it to make it look real. Looking good so far. Don't give up now.

Hi everyone,
I am sorry it has been so long since I posted any progress on this big kitty. I finally decided to try to get it finished. I think that it's nearly there. I need to do some more weathering on the road wheels( you can see where I have started in one of the pictures) and try to get some more natural sag in the tracks.
Anyway, I hope you like it.
Cheers, Jim.

Hi Stjepan,
Thanks mate. The stand is a Tamiya product. The one I use for the turret is really for 1/24 car bodies. Both stands come in the set. Here is a link to show you.

I hope this helps.

Hi Jim,
Nice job on your Tiger.
Are the tracks individual link or vinyl one piece tracks ?
My only suggestion would be to add another dark wash on the zimmerit, to make it "pop out" and give some depth.
Cheers

Hi John,
Thanks for the reply mate. The tracks are one piece vinyl, the ones that came with the kit. As the suspension is workable I need to glue the road wheels in place before gluing the tracks down. I have applied a wash on the zimmerit but the lighting I have used for the photos kinda washes it out (please excuse the pun!).
Cheers, Jim.
p.s. That is a really cool tribute to your father you have there.
