Excellent work thus far, Peter. I do think the green on the camouflage helmet cover is a bit bright at the moment, but understand you may tone it down as you progress

I'm looking forward to following your progress on this figure - I don't think I've seen this Alpine figure painted much.

Yes you are right colour the green bright. I further on figure end, will make ageing on Vermahtovoj of a cape on a helmet =) Yes, and thanks that have corrected my post.

Hi Randy.

Thanks. I use art paints (Artists Tempera Polyvinilacetate Colour) But for colour of a uniform, I stir different shades of paints.

Hi Peter, the painting looks great so far. One thing you should change though is the color of the gas mask canister's strap. These were a canvas strap the same color as the canister. As in a German field grey color similar to the uniform color.
