Completed this monster today. Thank God! Busiest kit I have ever worked on, but my favourite. Looks cool. All points of view and constructive criticism welcome. I go on holidays for 2 weeks next week so I have to post now. These are my campaign entries!

Hy!
I'm really impressed! It looks great! What nation is it, Russia?
Although the modern armor don't interest me much this is a very 'lookable THING'
Greetings from Germany

Wow... it looks really great!!! You're lucky you're living in Ireland, because somewhere else you'll risk to be bombed wit a so real-looking scud launcher...
Bravo!!!

Thanks very much for the nice compliments guys. The Scud is built OOB from the dragon kit. Definately not Dragon quality ....... they bought the molds at the first Gulf War and have rereleased it now again. Beware, lots of filler and patience needed!
The cables were the only extra ....... my local hobby shop does a big line in radio controlled cars, and this was their thinnest wire. I have some pics of scuds and a lot of the cables on the real thing have connection plugs in the middle so i wrapped strips of foil from pie trays around the cable to represent this, and to add a little extra to the look.
Its an Iraqi version. Kit decals are for Russia, Czech, Polish and East germany, and now with an extra deacl set for Iraq. Loads of extra number and "scribblings" that can be used on more vehicles if I decide to build more Iraqi vehicles!!!
Hey Scoccia, Im Irish but I have lived in Sweden for the last 7 years. So this is parked up in Stockholm. Another neutral country..... so it may be OK!!
Thanks again

Fabio's right. You need to make a scale camouflage net for that thing. It looks so good an air strike is probably on the way!

That Scud sure looks great, (Where's an A10 when you need one?) just reminds me how much work I still have to do to get my entry up to scratch.

WOW! This monster is awesome! I love everything about it. There is one thing I can see that I would probably add and that is a bit of dusting on both windshields. Other than that, WOW!

Great job, you did a wonderful job on the finish. Looks like it just came out of the desert.

Very nice...I know what you mean about a monster job. I never had many of the fit or seam problems many other s have when I built my SCUD oh so many years ago, but maybe it was just a good kit from the start of the production run?
Yes, very nice, and I like the cable job you did on the back as well...bravo!

Nice Job! Almost looks real. Did the front tow cable come with the kit or is that am add on.
Please be advised the UN will be by shortly to inspect it for a WMD warhead.

Marvelous job. I am quite impressed with all the wiring harnesses you put in, they definitely make it a first class build. Almost makes me want to go out and build one of these, but I'm having enough troble trying to deplete the 70 something kits I already possses
