i think the cabin could use a couple of slightly different sized dowels to make it a little more realistic (circumference wise , not length wise ), looks goods , good job

I like the basic concept - and agree that real world logs do not always come in such evenly matched circumferii (circumferences?) (aroundness???); however, that's not to stop the enterprising modeller from attacking what's supplied in the kit and scraping selected dowels down to a more random shape and er, aroundness...

That's why the hobby's called modelling, not assembling.

For example look at the scheme of real "wooden tobruk", which used at the Eastern front.
