Hello, I would like to know if anyone used the driver and figure standing on passenger seat from Miniart on the Tamiya Jeep. Thanks for help.

I painted those figures for Miniart catalogue and know that figures were sculpted using Wyllis Jeep (when sculptor made master-models of it,he used Wyllis model, cause Bantam was not available in plastic). I tried ti install figures in Tamiya model and they looks perfectly here!

I tried building them to fit the tamiya willys mb jeep but the standing figure was not that far off but the driver was an absolute nightmare, i didnt use it on the jeep.

The standing figure fit fine on the Willys for me but like Phil I had a problem with the driver -his hand doesn't grip the wheel and I had to carve bioth his back and his bottom to fit the seat.
