In what context ?
Tristar do a Officers set that show a high ranking officer who's clearly enjoyed too many staff dinners.
Chubbmiester
But I doubt if you find many overweight front line troops. I think Warrior and others have cooks etc. who betray a fondness for their own labours but as for actual fighting soldiers I cant remember a set or in fact any authentic wartime images of actual troops for that matter.

Stick a Santa in, he's got bags of character and a bigger build
Sorry, couldn't resist it.
How do you mean, as I said in what context. Diorama, front line, staff meeting etc. You could try mixing figure brands if you feel the need to get a variation in build and stature to your figures generally.
I know Verlinden is noted for being big, some say 1/32 instead of 1/35 when compared to other brands, and Miniart can be on the bigger side of 1/35 compared to others. Not out of scale, just a bit bigger.
Always makes me smile when I see some of the re-enactors. What is supposed to be crack Waffen SS troops wobbling around the countryside who've clearly the only Blitzkrieg they've been involved in is on the beer tent.
