Hello, this will be my second go at a 1-72 WW1 trench dio, the problem is, I haven't got a great deal of space to build what I want, which basically is a few trenches, muddy and with cannons, tanks, troops running here there and everywhere, I have an idea in my head, but for the life of me, simply can't get it out, due to a lack of room/space I was actually thinking of mounting this dio on 2 or several levels, each level showing a small part of the action that you can follow, I've obviously looked at joining smaller sheets together to make one big dio, or length by length , side by side, again its the shortage of space, I can go up, but not sideward. Any ideas to this problem which obviously I don't want to reduce the action impact which would be the answer, look forward to your reply.

Hi James, that's not a bad idea, almost reminds me of that Jap tunnel, a few plants at the entrance, then the side view showing the bamboo strengthening holding up the roof with a few barrels (suppose to be filled with sand), a lower level and so on. Thank you for the idea, but not quite what I am after.
