Hi guys Ihave tried to re upload the pics, so they are larger hope it works.
I always liked the T-54 55 family and the Tiran is so unusual. This is my first posting and first armour conversion. I used the Esci kit so if things went wrong I did not wreck a Tamiya one. I used a Legend Tiran 5 conversion, with Academy machine guns and some Tamiya bits. Its almost ready for paint. Just have to add some jerry cans and fuel cell plumbing.
Best wishes Charlie

Nice Charlie !
I have the same conversion in mind to build the tank from the movie "The Beast". So I'm watching closely.
It'll be fun to mimick that "movie prop", which is a Tiran 5 masquerading as a Soviet T-55

Cheers
Paul

morning Tupolev. I too have a Tiran 5s (sharir) in the works. My base will be a Trumpeter Ti-67 (Tiran). It will need some hull mods and a better source for the tracks. I want to do a "blazer" like the one Norman Lim did in Missing lynx. Anyway, great start
