Hi all,
Here are a few pictures of Italeri's Hetzer model I'm currently working on.
I still need to mount the tracks and paint most of the details. I've also replaced the styrene machinegun-guard and exhaust muffler with scrathed substitutes that i made out of spare PE parts and sprue respectively. These are not included on the pictures.
I will also add at least one of the 2 figures that are included with the kit. Since most non-italeri kits come without figures, I will probably use the 2nd one on another model.
The sinkholes on the sides will disappear when I will add the sideskirts (which I will also make out of spare PE parts)
The colors used are:
- Vallejo German camo dark green
- Vallejo german camo medium brown
Weathering so far consists of several oil-paint based washes (a mix of burnt umber/yellow/green)
