Jim R. announced MiniArt's imminent Soviet tank rider set in his Nuremberg report. At that time no photos were available.
Today I came across these on Diorama.ru. These photos are of course pre-release, so the final version may differ.

MiniArt's T-70 comes with a set of Soviet "tankists" (i.e. tankERs), not tank riders.

Hi
As Jim quite rightly points out this is set 35055 Soviet soldier Riders and listed as available on the Miniart web site.
Depending on where you are in the world I guess depends on if they have stock in a shop near you, or on a internet site you buy from.
They have been seen as part of a set, indeed ridng on a T-70M, as part of the release 35056 Soviet T-70M & ZiS -3 w/crew

Thanks for the correction, Alan.
You know - I've never seen that kit before. The one in my stash is the "plain old" T-70 (35030).

Steve
So many kits are coming out these days it's hard to keep up with what's available, so I can fully understand you missing these
My problem is not so much keeping up with what's released, it's more finding the time to build what I have already.
