Some Brit Armour completed over xmas for wargaming use with 28mm figs .........
Tamiya Shemans and a Tamiya M10 with basic conversion into an Achilles. The crews are a mix of Tamiya and the Commonwealth tank crew set from Track48. Markings are all handpainted except for the "T" registration numbers.
Th origianal plan was to mix both sets of crews but there was such a huge size difference that the smaller Tamiyas looked better grouped together. We all know that the Tamiya figs are thin but the size diff was so great that I'd have to say the Track48 figs may even have been a little on the big side .....
Anyway they were also real buggers to get good pics of, not really happy with even these ones. The Green seemed tp pick up soooo much reflection, the pics were either way to blue or way to yellow. They looked far better IRL unfortunately (or probably fortunately for Big Mike the customer!)
cheers
Brent

Excellent work, once i finish all the 1/35 kits in the stash may be 100, I'll look into 1/48.
But seriously they look great. The figures really bring them to life.

Thanks for the comments gents. It was nice to get a chance to add crews to these and they do add something both on display and on the table. Currently discussing doing a 1/48th Crab using the Fighting 48th conversion set. for the same customer later in the year ......

Great looking models! Could you please give some details? I love the paint jobs, what kind of paint and colors were used?
Keep up the good work!

What a great job. The weathering and the figures are especially well done.
My only (constructive) criticism is with the size of the rope used to tie down the tarps and other stowage. It looks a bit too thick. Other than that, these kits are outstanding.
