Hi all
Is there a chemical available for chemically blackenning Fruimodel tracks.
I see thst there is something available in the USA but I cant find anything here in England. Many thanks

Hi Charlie
There was a company in the UK that listed Blacken It as Rick suggested and I'd recommended their site before, but on checking now it doesn't appear to be listed any more.
An alternative is to try the method described in this thread, of equal parts white vinegar and thick bleach.
DIY Blacken-It
Haven't tried it myself as I don't own any Fruil tracks, but it looks okay.

Charlie Make sure you clean they really well to get of any mold release. Soak 'em in vinegar for a while and give ' em a scrub with an old toothbrush. If you use the Blacken-It after you put them together...DON"T GLUE THE PINS YET. you will have little silver spots that are not getting blackened. And how do I know this...
