Greetings to all
I will start a new diorama, this time based on the occupation of the Channel Islands.
At first, I draw on these photos, if only as inspiration
With some old vacuformes attempts to make buildings
And here with some figures to see the volume and location of figures, buildings and vehicles.
toy car that will be exchanged for a wv
any help and comments will be very well received
greetings
Domi

Thanks, I'm just using the reference of the police and the child.
I think the figures a bit big for 1 / 35, but I do not think have problems to locate

Here you have a small preview of the diorama.
currently selected figures which will be in, I still have to run in the official German and modify the waiter to turn it into ice cream seller.
Also mount the two metal lampposts, and although I like most, I think we will finish putting the plastic, I am afraid that too many points of light near the windows
Regards

Hi
I like what your doing looks to be a interesting build.
Like the Idea of the English Policeman ( Bobby ) laying down the law to some German troops.
If memory serves me well the Channel Islands was the Only part of England that the Germans took.
Will be watching this with interest.

small step forward.
With the top of the gates Hitorex, some plaster walls and a section of a balcony Miniart, I built this
From time to endure a little blutack,
My intention is that the gates are covered with ivy

Hi Domi,
that's a really smart & unusual diorama you've got there, different from the usual troops, avf's, etc.... I live in Jersey where the photo's and your dio are based on, and I'll watch with some enthusiasm.
For what it's worth, I agree that the white lamp post is much more in line with the overall scene than the gold one, which is far too elaborate. If you want, I can post afew more photo's of the area you're building to help with any extra details....
Good luck,
SIMON.

Same here, as well as the whole scene. Great watching this come together. Have you planned to add some depth to the buildings?

Hello everyone.
whether the buildings will have depth, but not much.
I slowly mounted the facade, then move to the side, and interior ceilings.
Here I leave with you some pictures of the last thing I
indeed, I did not like the quality of vacuformes, so based on them I'm building facades with varied materials
