Finally got it almost finshed (just touch-ups etc). Academy M-10 with extra bits added to turret interior. Storage from Real Model and the imfamous spares box. Painted with Tamiya and weathered with oils, pigments etc.

Pardon me for my ignorance, but what is the white & bluish circular object at the top right of the turret? I thought, perhaps, it was a beret, but I didn't think that the Free French wore berets...and it doesn't look like a container for wine either!

FYI - It's a French Naval beret.
Some Free French tank destroyer units were made up of sailors and they retained some of their uniform items.
Can't recall the names of the particular units.

Thanx for your kind comments and a big thanx to jjumbo for the info re: French 2nd Armoured Division and the RBFM. The headdress on the turret front is exactly that just could not pull up the info when I first posted.
