Hi
This is my diorama that I've just finished for the Self Propelled Artillery campaign.
It's based on a couple of pic's that I managed to find showing a line of these trucks in the Hurtgen Forest during November 1944.
I have a load more pic's on Photobucket

Hope you enjoy.

Hi Shaun
Excellent job on an interesting subject - weren't the "Stalin's Organ" vehicles operated by the Soviets based on this US version?
You should definitely send the Armorama editors this for an OD - or better yet add some text and make it a full feature
Well done mate!

Hi Shaun,
Interesting build, A Italeri 2 1/2 ton truck with 6" rockets used on P-47's. . Good indirect fire platform.

Looks really good. The setting and dio are great. Good job on it.
Not really. They were built on Soviet GAZ AAA (BM-11) trucks and lend -lease Studebaker US6 (BM-13) trucks, but the rocket launcher set-up in the rear was totally different.

Great subject. I've seen that photo that inspired you and you did a great job on capturing the 'odd ball' vehicle.
The in procress photos are a great record of the project.
