I read baout someone using duro putty to make tarps etc. It seem to look and fold better than tissue. What is this stuff and can you get it in Canada? If not what is a viable alternative?

This product is sold in shops that sell Warhammer and related stuff. I think its sold under the Games Workshop brand name.
Its a ribbon of putty in blue and yellow(could this product be of swedish origin?) and you cut one section of and knead it until you have one solitary green piece of putty.
This Duro gets a little rubberlike to my taste so I usually cut away at least 2/3 of the blue putty before mixing. This way it gets more workable both in curing time and softnes.
There are other types of putties that could be used, like Milliput, A & B, Magic Sculpt for example.
Good luck and an advice would be to fool around with the putty and practise a bit before using it on a model.
