Paul Decker the owner of Panda Plastics picked up on an idea I had thrown out. It always struck me that in wartime photos, one often sees veteran Shermans with worn T-48 tracks. Now Panda is releasing a newly-tooled track set depicting the T-48 rubber chevron track with the chevron showing considerable thinning and wear, a variation of the standard T-48s in their product line.

Those fortunate enough to attend the AMPS show will be able to get them from Panda's main seller, Formations Models.

I have a test shot and the full production set is on its way! I'll get pics up ASAP

Nice option to have Roy. Any chance they have some burnt out T48s in the pipeline? Yet again, these feature heavily in photos (mainly of brewed up Shermans of course...)

Rather than that, why don't you e-mail Pat or myself and we can do a FULL News Report on them?
