How do I exactly do a whitewash over the original camouflage of this G14 Hartmann?
1) Should I use enamels or acrylics?
2) About what concentration?
3) Do I have to spray it evenly over the surface?
Any details and an explanation of the technique will be appreciated

Thank you

Hi DVX, I am not sure if this is what you wanted but FSM had an article a few months back about whitewash. And they mixed a ton of white pastel chalk and painted it on a tank, just like they would have originally. Then wipe a bunch off with a stiff brush or toothbrush etc etc. That way you can control how thick or thin you want your whitewash to look. It might not work for your 109 but it looked very realistic on a beat up tank.

Airbrush thin matt white?
Dilute white chalk with water?

That particular models looks like it was sprayed with white in an uneven pattern, lighter at the panel lines. I don't think it would matter whether you use acrylic or enamel paint.
