Welcome aboard.......the lower chassis and wheels are weathered nicely, the metal on the tools came out nice also.

Maybe the figure is a little shiny or maybe it's the camera, some dullcoat or pigments can help that, and maybe some pigments on the windshield to simulate dust, thats all i can add.

Keep building and posting !!!!

That's a fantastic first build.

I'm sure I can speak for a lot of guys here when I say that in terms of the finished result, most of us started right at the bottom of the ladder with our very first builds (I know I did).

You've started a few rungs up. Well done.

Looks great Rosario and welcome to the forum. The thing that I see that stands out is the star on the hood doesn't look as dirty as the rest of the vehicle. Other than that I think your weathering and the painting of the tools looks very realistic. Good job!

Hey Rosario !
Welcome to the site !!
For a first build, your jeep looks great.
A bit more weathering on the tools, if that's want you want, and a bit of flat on your figure and you've got it done !!!
Cheers

Thanks to all for your comment and your suggestions, i think the camera give the shiny effect to the figure, i will dirty the star with more pigments, my next build will be a Panzer Ausf E. from dragon, i know that the kit has got some imperfection but will be a good learning curve for the future and i know if i will be in trouble there is always a lot of nice guys here to help.
thanks

Good to have you on the site,

For the vehicle: This looks excellent, especially for the fact its your first build. Top Notch!

For the figure: Amazing job. Figures are by far my downfall and I wish I could make them as good as yours. Can you tell me how you did it?

Should you continue? Most definite. You are doing a darn good job.

For your next project: Good luck and can't wait to see it.

Thanks Richard, after a lot of experiments this is what worked for me. i used a base of acrlyc paint for the figure , for the highlight and shadows i used oils, I found much more easy to blend them, they give you much more time and much more easy to correct errors, acrylics dry too fast . And the most important...if you go on the figures section of kitmaker network there are few articles that should make the real difference, without them i didnt know where to start.
