Hi guys,

Recently I picked up one set of T-62 Steel Chevron sherman tracks from DML and don't want to waste them. I read some words from the internet and found them usually been used by Brisith army, but Panda model's website has a word that: "Some sets have been seen on other Commonwealth and even US models, but are most commonly found on the British Sherman V and VC Firefly."

So I am concerning about the possibility of putting them on my M4A3w. Has any of you seen any photoes or read any words supporting my idea?

Thanks a lot.

The T-62s, as you know, were interchangeable with any Sherman that used the VVS suspension (19 inch wide tracks). From photos it seems that T-62s tended to be supplied with the Chrysler (Detroit Tank Arsenal) M4A4s. Later, M4A3s were made at Detroit Tank Arsenal but I don't recall ever seeing T-62s on anything besides an M4A4 (whose production ended in 1943)

Note this article which has M4s, M4A1s and M4A3s -- the unit in question shows no usage of the T-62 tracks
