He everybody,
I have a new application for Future Floor Wax,
When I was making an antenna of coper wire for my M113
I knew it would be hard to paint (the paintwon't stick).
So I thought ...... mayby if i stick the antenna in Future Floor Wax and let it dry so it will hold the paint.
So thats what I did.
after painting with tamiya acryl paint ( it went easy :-) ) and letting it dry
the paint was stucked to its place

Last time I went shopping with the wife I grabbed a bottle of Future. She actually thought I was going to use it on the kitchen floor... #:-)

My wife was looking over my shoulder while I was checking out this forum. When she saw the title of this post she said "what... is somebody going to actually use it on a FLOOR?"

I think our European's version of Future is called Kleer or Krystal Kleer.

LOL.....
I love buing household stuff for modeling. Like Baking Soda and cheese cloth, Q-tips, toothpics, paperclips, braces wax, and Tartar Sauce.
(don't really use tartar sauce, just seeing if anyone reads past that....)

Just to reinforce what the others already said in Benelux it's marketed as Kleer or Krystal Kleer, but sometimes you can find it labelled as Klear that's the name with wich is marketed in the UK...
Ciao

P.S.: by the way, considering the almost infinite uses of it saw in time, did anybody try to drink it too???

It's not called kleer or something like that
it's called:
Johnson Vloer Plus plavuis & vinyl (here in the Netherlands)
if I'm right there are two types you could use so don't bother if it is called different.

Faust take a look at:

hope it helps you out
anyway thanx for all the good responses
