Before you set off for the Nationals check out the entrance fees to IWM Duxford. If you haven’t been there previously it can be a bit of a jolt at the turnstile.

Entrance fees are increased for special events but there are several categories of entry and you may be eligible for a discounted entry fee. It could be handy to take proof if you are unemployed, a student, not obviously disabled or a young looking senior citizen, etc.

Fortunately, Parking is free. Youngsters aged 15 or below and carers for people with disabilities are allowed free entry. To see the details for the Military Vehicle Day go to:

http://duxford.iwm.org.uk/upload/pdf/IWM_Duxford_2009_Special_Events_Prices.pdf

There is so much to see at Duxford without the MAFVA Nationals, International Military Book Fair and military vehicles so go in comfortable footwear, especially as most of our attractions are on grass.

For the techno-heads, please note that some Sat Nav systems do not yet recognise the new museum postcode CB22 4QR but do still recognise the old postcode CB2 4QR.

We all hope to see you there and have a safe journey.
