Hi John,

I'ee he's a bonny lad .

Infantry wise there aren't many wounded types to choose from. Resicast make a nice set of Paras, but I'd like to see something similar to those and the MB/MiniArt(?) set as standard Infantry.

Kneeling Medics, guys with stretchers would all be really useful too. Maybe one day!!

Hey Al,
Yeah, British & Commonwealth wounded guys, guys kneeling , eating, smoking, etc........ are few and far between !!!
Resicast, Wolf & Hornet, Wee Guys and others certainly are starting to fill some of the gaps with resin figures.
Master Box, MiniArt and DML will hopefully continue to add sets to their catalogs.
Resin figures are great but for the cost of one figure, you can get a set of 4-5 plastic figures.
It's an old rant, one that wont go away anytime soon !!
Cheers

Hi Al,

Thanks for the review.

I actually hadn't seen this figure (well don't recall seeing it ) before, but by my own admission I'm not all that familiar with the Wolf range, although I do look at the Hornet figures on the same site

An interesting figure - and nice too see something normal, like an injured soldier (although not a normal Allied subject). Will definitely need to look into picking up a few Wolf figures

I've never been keen on Scottish uniforms - I've always thought that their pom-pom hats and kilts look a bit comical, if I'm being honest about it (though of coursre I'd never say so to a Scottish squaddie's face, LOL!)

However, this guy looks very useful indeed ... and I guess there's always the head-swap option!

Hi Guys,

Glad you found this one useful, they make excellent figures, not a big range for the dio builder but quality is 1st class. Being figure orientated they have the body proportions bang on I think and the uniforms hang in a very natural way.

It's the price kinda gets me lol, lol.
