So after completed the build

here are the first steps of painting
grey primer
pre-shading in black
base coat russian green ( or so )
mix of NATO green, dark green and IJN grey green
then a coat of gloss varnish ( Klir aka Future )
and a filter, Payne grey and green earth
now let it dry a bit before starting new steps

Looks great. I like your mix for the green. Will you be filtering in some white and yellow for fading or will it be dusty/muddy? It has turned out looking good . 1st place in Allied 1/35 conversion

Next steps : applied the decals, dark juice ( raw umber + van dyck brown ) then black one on the mechanical parts and lastly a clearer ( raw umber + yellow ochre )
Maybe a bit difficult somehow to distinguish because it's still glossy ( will be coated with mat varnish but only in the last steps of weathering )
