Hi everyone
Been browsing this site for a long time now.Awesome site!!!Stumbled on to it while surfing the net and it rekindled my modelling side which I left roundabout 1975!!
Anyway.......forgot how much fun it was and I decided to try my hand at it ones again.
I mostly lean to the ww2 armor but got this as a present and decided to use it as a learning curve to everything that is to be learned on this site......still got a lot to learn!
Here it is .....tell me what you think!Enjoyed the build immensly!!!!!

First I must say the painting is very well done. All details are very nicely painted and fit with the tank.

The weathering is nice, but I think you still got to learn a lot more in this area. Take this slow and try to learn a new technique and to improve others on every model. As can be seen on this model, you will manage to learn them. Maybe you could buy some pigments and try those on a next model.

I think it looks great just the way it is.

I agree, not everthing needs pigments.

I like the "highlighting" you've done.

Looks good - well done Henk !!

Thank you everyone,
Like I said still got a lot to learn.........will eventually get to all the tips and tricks in this hobby!
But for now I am just enjoying the building!
A thing that boggles me is the absolute clean builds that we see in some threads.....I still battle with overgluing sometimes! Is there some trick to applying the glue?

Have fun
Henk

Hi there Jaymes,
No I have not yet used the glue with brush applicator!Using glue with needle applicator which works fine but sometimes a bit overeager and then I sit with a splotch of glue where I only need a small amount.Seems I need to practice my control a little more!

Regards
Henk.
