Hi.
I'm in the final construction stages of my M1127. I'm finishing up with the wire cutter bar located in front of the air intake and the gun shield.
Wire cutter - The PE base does'nt match up with the platic equivalent. The plastic version has two vertical plates that fit inside the base of the cutter bar. There doesn't seem to be the equivalent on the PE frets. The instructions (step 10) clearly show these vertical plates on he PE version. I take it the plactic version is correct. The plastic version show six bolt heads. The B fret only has 7 bolt heads (see gun shield below)
Gun shield - has recesses for four bold heads but as per above there are 7 on fret B. I take it that if anything I should use the bolt heads on the gun shield and probably scratch extra bolt heads on the base of the wire cutter bar.
What is part 9 on fret B used for? It's an odd shape. It looks like it fits partially around something. I've looked at the instructions but unless i'm missing the obvious I can't see it listed.
Suggestions, corrections and other input welcome.

if memory serves me right the bold heads were for the gun shield. I don't recall any on the wire cutter, but the 2 triangular supports were included.
Not sure about your last question...

Well you could do what i did and cut the base from the plastic cutter and then glue the PE upper part of the cutter to the plastic base. The gun shield does get four PE bolt heads but myself i do not recall they being any on the PE wire cutter because it has them on it already. and remember that these frets are also used in other kits for different strykers so all PE parts may not be called for on this kit.

Thanks for that gentlemen. I think the main problem I had was the thinkness of the plastic parts vs the delicate nature of PE. I've looked at some reference photos and I happier with the look of the PE now.
Thanks again.
