This is what i am up to now, trying to put all the things i am lurning of you all on to one dio. As at the mo this is all the space i have to show stuff of until i re deck the house and put cabinets up.But i am at a stand still as to how to start the ground work.
Question 1 What was the terrain like that the 502 had to go though to get to Leningrad.?
Question 2 What would be the best way off getting it all on dif levels ?
Please feel free to give me all your ideas as i am now at a point were i am stuck and don't now how to start the next step ( the ground work) P.S this is a summer dio if i can pull it off.

Hi Andrew!
On the few Dios I've made I started with a base (picture frame) and then added the basic terrain from styrofoam (or whatever the white stuff is called that things come packaged in; IKEA-Packaging proved quite good size-wise). Then I added the sides around the foam with plastic card (or wood). Then comes the terrain with whatever filler you have (here in Switzerland there is a household filler called Motofill that I use).
Hope that gives you some Ideas!
Cheers

andrew, take a pen and start to make sketches. Take some pieces of wood, styro and whatever of different heights and play with it. Inspiration will come!
