while I'm waiting for some paint I need for the sherman, I started adding a little a Silfor grass and paint for the 1st layer for water. Some dry pigments are next and gloss(wet) near the water. I'm going to test Vallejo Gloss clear and Valejo Still water. Cheeers

Nice dio buddy , like the Sherman too. You dont see to many russian ones built up and its a nice change from the parade of US ones. I imagine your tankie is saying " which way to Berlin "

Thanks Mike. I'm hoping I'll pull off the water realistically enough, or else that poor soldier will look like the Toxic Avenger standing in green nuclear waste.
Great little scene you're working on Greg. Like the groundwork, the way the Sherman has come through the grasses, nicely done. Looking forward to seeing your water, good luck with it!
Cheers - Tim
