Hi guys,
I was wondering if a Middle East Campaign would be nice:
- Any warfare since the dawn of ages until ..now.
- Any country involved in any conflict between Egypt and Pakistan.
- From a single soldier to a tank, truck or aircraft.
( Persian soldier to a B-2 Bomber.. )
January to Christmas 2010
Anyone for this one ?

I've got an Academy M51 stashed away, and a whole year to build it seems very generous! Count me in.

I would like to sign up for it. Working on a M1A2 SEP with Tusk conversion and an Isralie Super Sherman. So far the Abrams takes priority.

By the way, Nito74 has not signed on since September 9. It could be that this campaign will need a new leader. Any volunteers?

That's strange,John runs a tight campaign, everything on time and in order.I have been in his Big Cat's and Mighty 88 campaigns so far.Hopefuly everything is OK.
As for the offer,no I'm just barely computer literate.
PS have you officially taken over the Wheels 2009 Campaign ? Is there a ribbon designed yet ?

Nito74 seems to have gone offline just before his Vikings campaign ended so awards for that have not been handed out. I assume the same will happen when Mighty 88 ends next month. I can only assume something major has come up and he can't devote any time for Armorama now.
Nothing is official as the Campaign Manager has been having some health problems and everything campaign related is on hold until he returns.

There is enough interest in this campaign so it will happen in 2010. However, this campaign needs a new leader. Even though the start date is February, someone has to get the ribbon (and optionally a banner) designed. For those hesitant to be a leader, check out the Campaign Leader Tutorial (there is a sticky thread here on Armorama "For New Campaign Leaders" with a link to the actual thread on Aeroscale). It isn't as hard as you think (especially now that it's been written down!).

I should change the wording of my last message. This campaign will happen in 2010 only if we get a new campaign leader (or Nito74 shows up).

No one has stepped up to the plate as Campaign Leader so I'm going to kill this campaign proposal. If you want a Mid-East campaign, you will have to start the approval process all over again to prove there is still interest in one.
