What si teh best way to cut this? I am using blue stuff for insulation so it's about 1.5 inches thick. Any suggestions besides the expensive foam cutters?

If you don't mind a little mess... any saw will do. Hacksaw or Wood saw.

If you have an electric carving knife (like for the turkey at christmas), give it a try. I know it works wonders when cutting foam.

There is also a special razor knife you could pick up at your local lumber yard made specifically for that foam.
