Hey boys,
I have been searching for figures (post ww2) that would carry flamethrowers. No luck. I am assuming they have been outlawed as a weapon of war?
Thanks,
- Ziggy

I've seen photos of them in use in Korea and Vietnam. My plastic army man set came with a flame thrower guy, but I haven't seen any scale kit available. Maybe use a Dragon or Tamiya flamethrower and put it on a more modern figure. I don't know how much the details would have changed.

Okay so its not what you want, however with a bit of paint here, and a weapon glued there you might have something close to what you're searching for, 1-72 WW1 German's carry flame throwers, also Dragon U.S Marines iwo Jima 1945 kit has 4 figures one of which has a flame thrower, happy hunting.
Forgot to say the Dragon kit is in 1-35 !

Maybe you could scratchbuild your own M2A1-7 flamethrower as used by US troops in Vietnam, using Dragon or Tamiya WW2-era offerings as a starting point ?

Tamiya WWII infantry weapons has two flamethrowers among many other guns
At $5 its worth it to get just for the flamethrowers and you can modify those
