Such Excellent scratch building skills you have! Your Grizzly is coming along quite nicely.
Although Legos RULE!, you might want to find an old cheap alarm clock to tear apart and get a better looking gear (with finer teeth). I took apart a broken battery powered travel alarm and it had MANY plastic/nylon gears in it. Just a suggestion.

That is excellent suggestion, i haven't thought about that but i will brake every alarm clock i have (wonder what my wife will tell) to find right gear.

another source for gears about that diameter are tape player machines. Video and audio. Do you have second hand (thrift) stores near you? They are cheap there because it doesn't have to work as originally built

Brilliant work but I have to agree with Jeff. That Lego gear just kills your excellent work. His alarm clock recommendation is great!
