First try? I love it. The heat index here is 100 plus and this thing made me shiver. Excellent job. Snow is tough, I think, but your looks really good.

thanks guys for the replies!;makes me wanna make more Dio's..
Yes I did make the barbed wire myself with the help of this excellent forum.
Gheghe, yes I know that when the Wespe would fire the guy on the back of the vehicle would be in for a nasty surpsrise, but I intended to create the feeling they are preparing the vehicle for firing and I reckon the loaders on the back would be wise enough to take a few steps back when the Wespe goes loose

sorry fellows, this is in Dutch
Invictis,
Waar was je al die tijd
![](../../modules/SquawkBox/images/smilies/hello.gif)

Hoi Ronny,
sorry guys talking dutch again..gheghe..
groetjes,

That looks great....... I just hope My first dio....when I finally get around to building it. looks half as good..
the only thing I noticed besides the guy on the back... would be that if the gun has been fired since its been whitewashed... then the end of the gun tube would not be white anymore. it would be all sooted up around the muzzle brake.........

by now , I fixed the muzzle and soothed it with black powder, forgot that bit (maybe I will remove the guy on the back as well, though I am not quitte sure of it..)....other good news is that another winter dio is really almost finished ;3 times as big as this one, more height , more men , a panther and more trees and yes more snow..), expect some pics next week, I reckon you will like and enjoy that one as well (well I hope so...)
greetz,
