I would like to see Tamiya do a HETZER and put DML to shame! Perhaps Tamiya can redo their Pk II kit into something better. Its a small vehicle and wouldn't be as much tooling costs as a Tiger or Panther. Perhaps a Pk I also! I just got my first ICM brand kit, the lynx. I want to see more from them. The figure is excellent and the kit itself a real joy to build. I hear ICM is doing a Panter, but where is it? Are they still in business??

Alan already does a nice PzKpfw II, not a shake and bake kit, but better than the early Tamiya kit.

I'd like to see the US half-track series re-done by Skybow. Tamiya's M3A2/M41/M16 are getting old and need a fresh makeover.

I agree, it is time for a new M3 series halftrack. How about the other versions as well??? Like the T19 105mm howitzer carrying version.... I would love to see that one in plastic. Or maybe an M15 with the 37mm AA gun next to the M16.
Keep hoping!
Happy X-mas and Happy New Year!

Yes, the nice thing about the M3 series is once you have the base vehicle chassis done, just an extra sprue with the rear fighting compartment and it's a different kit. The 105mm SP howitzer or 37mm AT version would be welcome additions.

If I could have just one wish for the New Year, I would wish for "anyone" to produce an M29 Weasel. That would be different.

Which Weasel did Monogram produce back in the 70's? I made that kit back then. It wasn't too good if I recall, even for Monograms poor level of detail.

Personally I would love to see more support vehicles produced (like the recent Dragon kit).

While I'm a huge fan a heavy armor and it's derivitives, I would love to see more support vehicles or AA types and smaller artillary pieces. Like the 90 mm M1 or M2, 37 mm M1 w/M3 carriage, M8 4.5" rocket, 37 mm M3, or 3" M5, just to name a few. I know there are a few of these out there, but none that are up to par with todays quality molds.

I like a lot of the unique and concept vehicles of the German army.
Particularly of the 653rd battalion,
Captured T-34 with a quad 20 mounted,
Berge Panther with Panzer 4 turret
and of course the Ferdinand, of which I have just completed.
Some concept vehicles would be cool too,(hey, they do it with aircraft models).
Maus superheavy tank with double 88 a.a. mounted.
Ram Tiger
And the E series tanks.
Later.

Ahh, yes indeed! Concept vehicles. While I was in the Borders book store with my wife today I wondered off to the military section. I found a very cool book on US Tank Destroyers. It was jam-packed with photos of TDs! AND it had lots of photos of the concepts and prototypes before they went into production. I think I smell scratch builds!
While I did not make a note of the title nor author, my wife took serious note...my b-day real soon.Hmmm?!
