Hello,
here's a few pictures of first figure from Dragon 13th Waffen Mountain Division of the SS Handschar set I'm working on .This is going to be small dio with 4 soldiers , haystack and wooden fence somewhere in Bosnian mountains. General plan is not finished yet, so there could be changes..
cheers
Robert

Robert,
Seems someone felt it necessary to remove a post of mine....(and others it would appear).
So, removing the "so called" offending material that I posted (what nonsense), here's what was supposedly NOT offending, but deleted none the less:

I can only repeat what has already been said, the figure looks fantastic, you must have a very steady hand to create such detailed painting.
Looking forward to more images as your model progresses.

Hello Robert. Very nice figures.. and especially the faces.
Maybe you should consider a darker background and better light for taking these photos, as the white background messes with what the camera sees, and the figures end up more like a silhouette. I’d like to see the camo clearer and the details of the uniform, but it’s hard because of this problem.

Thanks for comment Paul ,
well haystack is made from three diferent types of fibers : hemp rope, coconut rope and the darkest one is some kind of plastic fiber used in florist's shop... Groundwork is plaster mixed with sand and glue, then first layer was static grass sprinkled all over groundwork and than I have sprinkled longer bits of abovementioned mix.....
Cheers

Hi Robert. Indeed the setting looks great ... and so does the hay ... except for the very green strands. Green grass that has not properly dried out, would rot and destroy the hay .... so its unlikely to be stacked. Id go for more of the "yellow" colour strands instead, or colour this green strands.
