I checked our Google Analytics data for you. The main News page is the 2nd highest trafficked page on the site with over 25,000 pageviews in the past 30 days from just under 15K unique visitors. More than many hobby magazines circulation numbers.

The forum is #1 of course.

Wow... what's even more impressive is that comparing to data for Jan 1, 2009 - Jan 31, 2009 (which seasonally is a busier month by far) our News readership is way up.

Mind you these numbers are just for the people hitting the main News page and in no way reflect the total number of news stories being read. That's a much higher number as people click through to them via the forums and homepages.
